John Lu serves as the Operations Director of Q Smile Dental Spa. Having served as Operations Director since 2017, he is innovative and passionate in generating new strategies and focusing on ideations that benefit both patients and the team. His passions lie within seeking opportunities for improvements, developing budgeting strategies, and implementing strong financial practices.

 

Prior joining Q Smile Dental Spa, he was a lead engineer and new product developing engineer with 6 innovations that are registered with United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

 

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, Hadrian. He likes to talk and discuss new ideas/strategies with his team.
